MAGA Cult Teenager
A pro-Trump MAGA Florida teenager attempted to fake his own kidnapping and then shot himself in the leg to try make it more believable.

Caden Speight, age 17, went missing on the 25th September 2025. A so-called txt message to his mother that four Hispanic men had shot him, kidnapping him in a white van and taken him as a hostage. He was wearing a MAGA cap at the time of going missing.

They offered a $5000 reward for any information.

His car was found near an Airport. Next day he's found alive and well.

Turned out the entire thing was a hoax!

The initial details that Caden texted to his family, were proven to be false. Completely made up too.

The day before he had previously purchased a bicycle, tent and camping supplies.

The way he was shot in the leg was clearly self-inflicted using his own family owned handgun.

"There is zero chance that Caden’s gunshot wound came from any type of assailant."

How far would you go to support your cult following?

What was his (or the families) end goal? Promote racism/discrimination towards Hispanic or promoting ICE Agents raiding illegals? Did they want to claim the reward money themselves? Was he just planning to run away from the cult (I mean home)?

Currently the teen’s parents are preventing detectives from questioning him.

Take any assumptions with a grain of salt.

Have you also heard about the Turning Point USA - Rally Forge project? In which, MAGA was recruiting teenagers from Arizona for a Trolling Farm - pro-Trump Youth Group? Both to promote Trump and spew disinformation about others. It was pretty crazy too!

But I've seen all the insane stuff people (okay, probably bots) post online and kids are reading all this crap, so I'm not surprised a few of them are dumb enough

I guess it's like the teen who has to touch the oven to know that it's hot... you can tell them but they don't learn from mere words, just self-inflicted lessons? Hopefully in which case, he learnt a lesson.
