I once read that if China were to mobilise everything they have, they'd have an army of around 30 million soldiers... I highly doubt that China could steamroll all of Asia with only 30 million soldiers.
I reckon one would need at least 150 million to do that in a reasonable amount of time.
South East Asia isn’t easy either because China and Vietnam actually did face each other and it was a draw. Considering was fighting wars back to back and even gave China a run for its money says a lot.
Indonesia is an island and they have the biggest military of all of south east asia. If they see China as a threat they would most likely join forces with other south east asian countries to fight them off.
First, do research on Hong Kong.
Second, China has already started via The South China Sea.
Trump has given China an easier path with a less hostile India.
Or else EU will make scathing remarks about it!
