I don't think that's really happening, at least not nearly to the same degree as women pretending to be men or not disclosing their gender at all.

There's not much benefit making yourself known to be a woman on this forum (which is why most don't, although a few do and to each their own) so it wouldn't really make sense for men to pretend to be women here because it would just be a straight downgrade to their experience here.
