Korean is now one of a big exporter of zombie flicks, both as film and TV series.
Japan, thai, indonesia now have several of their own zombie films. With various success.
Also, Dying light 1 is set in a fictional city of Harran, which heavily inspire by middle east culture, and dying light 2 is in the city of villedor, a european city.
is in Britain, France and Spain
The only thing is, it's in Spanish... Er no, French.... I forget. It's in another language I don't speak. I took French in high school, so I can count to 3 in French. I don't think that's enough to watch a movie.
pretty sure it's in Germany
This is the Real Britain

Classic.
I am sure there was a series not too long on zombies in the UK.
Every other country has made guns either completely illegal or so restricted they're essentially non existent. This means the zombie apocalypse only took a couple of hours in those countries and wouldn't make a good movie.
So you either have to have zombies that are far weaker than they should be, which hurts the immersion (28 days later for instance) or you have to have some contrived reason why there's a decent amount of guns for the characters to be able to survive for a little while (Dead Set for instance).
Meanwhile if you set a zombie movie in America because there's a firearm every 20 feet your characters have a way of surviving that isn't wierd.
That already exists.
It's called the Telltale Walking Dead.
Only it doesn't have sand and the real monsters are basically the people themselves.
Also something something different gun laws.
...Also it'd be pretty pathetic for a country to fall so easily due to not having it's citizens armed with the 2nd amendment.
Then again we do have zombies in the real world.
Only it's for TV and Gen alpha kids being addicted to brainrot memes with their technological devices.
...Probably Tiktok teens and clout chasers in there somewhere.
...And probably some leftist nut jobs.
...With a 1% chance of encountering someone like me who's not zombified but do feel like they're dying inside once you hear the news about robbing for snacks cause their food stamps card whatever can't buy them a bag of them chips.
And they say complaining about egg prices was crazy.
There is a big Zombie show set in France!
Spoiler if you have not seen all Walking Dead.
Daryl Dixon is in France! I was watching it! and then forgot about it!
I started watching The Walking Dead with the NEgan storyline then got bored because it was long widned with little content or interesting things and then forgot about the Daryl Dixon story I was watching of him in France!
