Sandy Peterson, one of the devs who worked on Doom, was a Mormon and he's talked about how Doom you basically play 'a Hero killing demons' so I mean, it's not inherently Christian but it's not Satanic or w/e either as the demons are the bad guys.

Oh damn, I had a couple of those when I was a kid I think, but I don't remember them. My mom is an ex-Mormon and was always buying me books as a kid so that actually makes sense, lol.
