If it´s about soul extraction - it´s only possible if You have a phylakterion. Which then turns You into a Lich king. Which is halfway okay. Like You´re somewhat dead, but also not really, while You can do all kinds of stuff with dead people. Your penis would fall off though, and You can´t die till anybody destroys the phylakterion thingy. Usually You would develop an interest in black magic and such things. Maybe some people would praise You, depends on how You to the Lich King thing. And since there are no Lich Kings around atm - You´d be the most powerful being on the planet, which might feel a bit overwhelming at first - but You´d get used to it.

Depending on the entity's intentions, I think it can be a very pleasant sensation - as if invisible hands are stroking you from the inside. You feel light and separate from your body.

However, I don't believe anyone is truly powerful enough to forcibly take your soul. Only you can damage it. The usual consequences are a loss of will, apathy, and the person becoming like a vegetable.
