Just ignore them. They are bad drivers. As a driver, road rage like above is a no-no. Just go when there's a green light and safe to do so.

I think many people use mobile phones when waiting at the lights and so don't see when it goes green. So if you take longer than 2 seconds to take off then honking is to be expected inorder to get your head out of your phone. Just watch the road.

It rarely effects me though. I'm on a motorbike and filter past you anyway.
