How is having a woman as president not feminism?

Patriarchy is when there are male presidents. Matriarchy is when you have female president which is extremely rare. Matriarchy came out as a result of the effects of global feminism. So how are these countries not matriarchial?

The United States used to be a patriarchy, but no longer is.
To still be a patriarchy, Congress would still need to be entirely men.

It came between Hilary Clinton and Donald Trump.
The voters wanted Donald Trump.
Then they Wanted Biden and did not want Harris and they wanted Trump Again.

Next They will want either JD Vance or Gavin Newsom.

So a female presidential candidate will have to wait another 10 years or so.

I thought Kamala spent more last election and still lost? But yes, money can be used to influence public opinion.
