Because I'm successes of knowing the current truth.
To know that it's not motivated me without the "real life evidence".
Like the current truth is "Death" without evidence of the "After Death".

If you think that then why even bother doing anything important in your life since your human existence comes and then fades into "nothing"? This is a very pessimistic outlook that'll leave you with MDD. We all have purpose in our lives, we just have to find it.

Purposeful is hopeful, it's challenging to see the world change either way.
People have to find their own meanings anyway.
