I'd suggest searching best steam profiles on goggle or something. The very best ones I feel I've seen have a consistent background, artwork, avatar and theme all matching up if you want to go next level.

Maybe animated background, but at the time of writing, I don't even have that on myself. So…

It looks too random for me tbh, I'd probably just start from scratch and stick to one theme.

Try to make everything match by colour, hide profile awards, center all text... would be a good start.

As it is now, well... 3/10 maybe.

Put the item showcase below the art - it just ruins the image.

Better: either do not use the item showcase at all, or use it to compliment your profile style / art.
