I don't think "Events" that happened in 1994 are important, only people who were "Born" in 1994 are important.

Well the OP mentions you taking general construction.

I thought the idea was to build a hotel that would attract people born in 1994 thus my suggestions.

What were you intending to name this hotel? Born in 1994? How would anyone know otherwise?

Your best bet is to brand this somehow into a feature of the hotel. Maybe things from 2000 when people were teenagers?

I just don't think you will attract anyone famous based off the builders / owners age only.
How do you market that? Why would anyone else born in 1994 care?

I'm not trying to be mean or anything, the concept I think just needs work and I am offering suggestions. Good Luck

Yes, I was going to name it 'Born In 1994' maybe have a large sign that showcase this.

Preferably as close as possible to 'East Los Angeles College' because that's the closest college to where I grew up that has a wrestling team.

Being born in 94 is weird. We're too young to be true millennials but we're too old to be Zoomers. It's this odd middle ground between the too generations.
