What made you stop doing hip hop? I thought about doing dancing even though i dont really listen to much hip hop. Though recently i've been enjoying japanese hiphop (strictly from an artist named mflo as seen in my post) and makes me want to do hip hop dancing.

I actually started dancing after travelling to Japan and I met a dance choreographer; she taught me pop and jazz however I chose hip-hop when I returned from my trip. I stopped dancing because I started playing other sports like archery, tennis/badminton, skating and rock-climbing so I dropped dance purely because it was furthest to travel to. So it was more because I had way too many extra activities to explore and not enough time to do them all. I did think about getting back into it but I might self-teach since I know the basics. I did it for three years.

That's really cool. I wish could take up a dance class in Japan because I think the way they interpret hip hop is different compared to here in the states. But I am no hip hop dancer as I am purely speculating here because I've been watching dance videos from Japanese studios dancing to songs I like and I don't really see a lot of american hip hop studios dance the same way they do like the Japanese. Especially the music that the japanese use.
