I'm overlooking the obvious USA that is just variants and combinations of all the others, naturally.

Hmmm... While the home countries definately offer better traditional foods, I am a huge fan of Americanized Mexican and Chinese foods.

I even have regional preferences here. The deep south, as they follow the Tex-Mex, but they use a lot of the superior queso blanco. And Colorado for how they make everything extra crispy with corn starch. My fave places make a chicken nachos and a sesame chicken you would die for.

I really like Bolivian street food. The normal meals are just above average for the Americas though. Steak in Argentina is way better than anywhere else that I've ever had it. Quebec has some great specialities. Japan has great fish and beef that only comes second to Argentina (but at 5x the price). Mexico has my favorite style of cooking.
