Your only viable choices are either finding a used copy in a flea market or ebay or get it elsehwere.
I believe you are correct - although I read online that some digital keys did indeed exist, obviously a chance stands thats not the case or atleast not anymore.
I don't even know what a disc drive is anymore :'(
Very likely the case - I read somewhere about a sequel being made or the license being passed to others but this was very old info and likely dead in its tracks unfortunately.
I did see this site yes - not up for downloading it though. I'm definitely not quick to trust sites let alone one such as that. Perhaps I'll pop up a virtual machine to see.

I do actually have one hiding around, and considered this. I just remember many many years ago when a family member had it on pc - seeing as thats what I play I wondered why there wasn't more behind the game by now to be fair.
