While the core premise of the film is indeed based off of real life events that occured in the 19th century (confirmed by the Gaia Manuscripts discovered last year*), it has been widely disputed whether or not the baby ever wore a suit, or even had any siblings at all

*Only parts of the Gaia Manuscripts have been recovered, but it was enough to validate the story of Boss Baby
