I just switched from Pop OS to Fedora 43 and Steam does allow me to install Windows only games without forcing Proton compatibility from the Properties. Why? Is Fedora or has been a Steam update for this behavior. When I was using Pop OS, I always had to select a version of Proton to run Windows games.

For example, Master Duel. That installed without Proton forcing and runs flawlessly.
