Black "window" at top of screen Win11?
Whenever I move a window around, a small black bar appears at the top of my screen. In the center 1/3 of the screen . It kinda looks like the bottom of a window. I am using a dual monitor setup to send audio to a receiver via the HDMI. I can't click it because it only appears when dragging a window around.

Anyone else see this thingie? What is it?

I don't have it but I disabled a lot of default Windows behaviors. This happens when you move a window ANYWHERE on the screen (even bottom?) or only when you drag it to the top edge of your screen?

Might be this thing? https://www.reddit.com/r/Windows11/comments/yxytaq/what_is_this_bar_at_the_top_of_my_monitor_and_how/

Thanks. Yes that is the thingie. The bottom edge of it appears when you drag a window anywhere. When I drag a window to the top and then 1/2 way off the screen that menu as shown in your link shows.

But I can't find the Multitaking Q menu mentioned in the reply.

Try Start Menu > Settings > System > Multitasking > Snap Windows (Set that to off)?
Yes. Thank You. That did it :)
