Using Rufus?
It was suggested here to use Rufus to install Win11 onto an unsupported PC. Options like no MS account are available. But the web page https://rufus.ie/en/ just shows it can create a bootable USB. Where are all the options to customize the Win11 install?

It is confusing, but like once you click the initial settings and load the iso/folder and then click start or whatever it will show a popup window with some checkbox options for the customization of the Windows 11 tweaks. Just click the Begin or whatever and you should end up seeing the popup window.
