Pixels being stuck could be defective too. No guarantee they can be fixed either. They might just end up dead.
Can't hurt to try some stuff. You should manage your expectations though. Probably can't make it worse, might not be fixable.
What are the model/specs on the monitor?
Model is iiyama G-Master G2470HSU
only fix it to replace the panel in the monitor or get a new monitor
Wouldn't the pixels be black (dead though)? These seem like multi colour lines. But I think you're right, panel seems broke. I can't think how though, I didn't hit it or anything as far as I know.
or if its power lines are shorted to other pins they can be stuck
let alone entire rows
It's 1 year old, so.... I know I said 2-3 years, but I checked the invoice today and I bought it last year.
You UK? Just take it back to the store, you have 6 year warranty.
