I need to find a capable JST 1.25mm 4pin fan which runs at 5 volts and half an amp.

Noctua has 5v 40mm 10mm thick fans but they use the wrong socket.

Trying to cool mini pc short of just cutting out the bottom and using a USB powered solution. I’ve had bad luck with the 40mm cpu fans for GMKTec.

My current bad fans are B9512SH and I know of another blower in the same form factor made by Miko-Fan. I am looking for advice, are their adapters to JST from normal fan sockets I have failed to find, are they reliable? Will going from a blower to a normal fan cause serious issues even if I cut open a side of the fan housing and use tape to make a shroud?
