Hello there. Which graphic card would you recommend for gaming in Full HD, from the AMD or Nvidia line? Interested in new copies that were not in use. The price includes ~450 USD. Thanks

Amazon
you could also buy an AMD gfx board: rx 9060 xt/ 16 gb.
Get a Radeon 7700 XT if you do not need evil Nvidia AI and ray tracing.

Nobody wants that card you can find it cheap.

9060XT 16gb is same price and better buy.
Yes, there are difficulties with making the payment, considering my country, unfortunately...

9060-XT 16GB is the best card you can buy brand new within budget, the 5060 Ti costs more and it's basically the same performance, only makes sense if you want NVIDIA technologies like DLSS, NVENC, CUDA, etc. and run programs like Blender that run considerably better on NVIDIA GPUs

I would love to consider an option from AMD, but after searching the Internet for information, taking into account overseas shipping and customs duties, the price will be the same as in our country for this model (
This caught my eye as i at this point with my PC just might consider upgrading it with that
9060 XT card. Checked out the prices and not prices that makes the hair on my back stand up in total horror.

The thing is that i could probably also/or upgrade my RAM since i believe i have free slots so it at least becomes 32 gigabyte of system memory or i could upgrade both.

The gain worth it for some years to come is what i´m not sure about though, gain vs. cost.

And i have this atm:

GPU: Geforce RTX 3070 8 GB
CPU: 11´th gen Intel I7-11700 @ 3.60 GHz
Harddrive: 932GB (1 TB) SSD WDS100T1X0E-00AFY0 (a Western Digital SSD)
Operative System: Windows 10 Home edition

Can´t find some info on my motherboard right now but it´s some Rog Strix "gaming" one and maybe not that important.

OBS Not to leech on OP´s thread now and steal attention, would i be? I´ll just copy and paste myself out of here if this could be called OT or thread hijacking or something.
If you are just looking to buy something you can game on and that will just work and won't give you any headaches, the 5060 ti 16 GB will serve you well. It's also very light on power use and at stock settings has a lot of room for overclocking, which might not seem like it's important for a casual user but that means it will last a long time and be very stable because it's not performing anywhere close to its limits, so no stress on the card, and no headaches for the user.

If you don't mind tinkering with settings perhaps one of the newest gen AMD cards will be more worth the money for you. In addition to being cheaper they have finally acknowledged the usefulness of the ai features pioneered by Nvidia, and will soon be offering you mostly the same feature set as Nvidia cards, at a potentially lower price.

Edit: there was some drama about Nvidia drivers being unstable not too long ago, but it's important to keep in mind that was only referring to their gaming drivers. Every user will have to download drivers anyway, so if you buy an Nvidia card, then when you're in the Nvidia app looking to install drivers, the default will be gaming drivers. You can simply click on that to select studio drivers and then enjoy a stable and reliable experience. There is no significant performance loss in gaming with the studio driver.

Yes, about energy consumption, it's true. Because I don't trust the new 12VXPVR connector (Engineers suck)
Ps: I don't know what the leather jacket did to Nvidia, but so far I haven't complained about the drivers.
