PSU Recommendations?
My PSU in my iBUYPOWER prebuilt is honestly pretty mediocre. I’m starting to suspect it might be contributing to my game crashes. It doesn’t happen all the time, but it shows up more often in very demanding and poorly optimized games like Silent Hill 2, The Last of Us, and Dying Light: The Beast.

Because of that, I’m considering replacing the PSU with a higher-quality unit for better stability and reliability. Would 800W be a good choice, or is that overkill for my system?

Overkill but why not, Seasonic btw
for your current rig ,a 650W PSU is enough but i suggested something with a low price right now

if a game crashes ,most likely the issue is software

i have bequiet! a pure power 12m 750 watts. it is soooooooo quiet and i trust its functionality. you may give it a try!?
ZTT has a PSU tier list, on this page, go to the PSU tier list button/link:
https://zttbuilds.com/pages/psu-tier-list
Looking on your PC part list I noticed you have very similar setup to mine (I have Ryzen 5600 + Radeon 6600XT). Mine is running on 450W PSU for couple of years already. Your 600W PSU is more than enough (really!).

Of course you can buy PSU with more power but it will have zero(!) effect on the behaviour of your PC.

If you experience crashes, the sourse of crashes is most probably in the line just below PSU on you part list.

That's where I would start.
if its crashing/rebooting, first thing is to disable windows auto reboot on bsod
it will often reboot faster than it takes for the display to show the bsod

https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/69012-enable-disable-bsod-automatic-restart-windows-10-a.html

also check windows logs to see if it logged an error
grab whocrashed, useful tool to see what crashed on previous reboots
https://www.resplendence.com/downloads

if no error, or log on reboot, its more likely to be the psu
but can also be unstable oc or chipset drivers or bios

fist update bios, and get the drivers from teh mobo mfg site
chipset, audio, lan other (not sata those are only for if booting from raid)
