Actually the 9070 XT sometimes pulls ahead because Nvidia's drivers have had more overhead than usual this whole year.

But honestly, if it’s not about performance and your RX 9070 XT is already more than enough, what is it really about for you? Even people with buying compulsions usually get stuff with a purpose, some idea in mind.

If you’ve got money to spare, why not just go allin and get a 5090? This half step doesn’t make much sense tbh.
Just buy it and sell your 9070XT.

Nvidia is rumored to have better stock of VRAM modules for their GPUs than AMD.

So AMD GPU might go up in price quicker and higher than Nvidia’s.

Do as you wish. You can sell the other GPU.
Nvidia has better RT, power efficiency and upscaling. AMD has better Linux/SteamOS support.

Me too. But you can sell it online with no contact with anyone other than emails. Just find the one that works best were you live (ebay works too). Most of them all you need to do is pack, print a label and drop it at some pickup point.
