more ram will only help if you need more ram
gpu is the only thing that needs an upgrade
6650 to 9070 is a huge upgrade
if the psu is a good brand/model it should be ok
a decent 650w would be fine
do not get a 80+ bronze or lower psu
the corsair gs 800w is probably older than your current psu
Get decent Gold certified PSU.

Plus their optimizations are terrible, and I’ve been experiencing frequent crashes in them.
I also stream my game using OBS costing extra performance.
That’s why I’m trying to go for an upgrade that’s a little overkill to make sure it’s enough to handle those. I’m beginning to think my current GPU is becoming obsolete with newer games being released.
Have you ran any memory tests to see that it actually is a problem?
Bad, bad time to upgrade anything. RAM is crazy high (might get even higher) and everything else is being dragger along.
If there is something you can't play with a minimum of quality then maybe upgrade the GPU and PSU (get a good brand). Those can be transferred to a new AM5 build
As for the memory, there are many things that can cause crashes, not just memory. PSUs are one of them, but also windows. Just run multiples tests to try everything out. Only replace the memory if you really must (terrible time to get new RAM).
But at this point, if you can hold for a while, I would really try to save up some more money and later go full AM5 system. But that would include new MB and new CPU, so another 300 to 400.
But RAM prices...
If you don't see errors look for problem somewhere else.
If you see errors, set default settings for RAM in UEFI and run test again (disable XMP - it's not guaranteed).
For the graphics card get either RTX 5070 TI or 9070 XT. For psu get a 1200 or 1500 watt. I wil also get one of the two psus with my cpu ram and motherboard.
But if for some reason you dont want to wait for zen 6 and you want to change cpu ram and motherboard now then get a 9900x with 32 GB DDR5 6400MHZ and X870 motherboard like the Aorus Elite WifI 7 .
