@OP install CPUz and run the validation then past the results link here so people can see the full hardware and possibly models for parts like the motherboard etc.
As for the GPU physically fitting, that is another issue you’ll need to just look at the case or past pictures. A lot of those SFF OptiPlex systems use custom HHHL (half-height, half-length) GPUs
if you look at where the pci-e x16 slot is, its at the lower slot, right next to its psu
https://youtu.be/rMjkBANK8B4?t=49
a compatible gpu would need to be single slot width, and low profile and not require any pci-e power cables
narrows it down to 1 rtx 3050 could fit in the case
but im not seeing the low profile io bracket for it
https://pcpartpicker.com/product/7PxTwP/yeston-lp-geforce-rtx-3050-6gb-6-gb-video-card-rtx3050-6gd6-lp
rtx 3050 has tdp of 70w
but oems like that often do not follow the spec of 75w from the pci-e slot
overall, those pcs are e-waste out of the box
good for office work and thats it
for a gaming pc, save up for an entire build, sadly thats $800+ for something decent
dont listen to people saying it cant be done.....the question is are you willing to deal with a GPU sitting out side of the case.....
oh and your also going to need a adapter to plug in a new power supply to that motherboard.....to be blunt find a used 3060 12gb at the min.....
