Which one is better for a nvidia 40 rtx series
The game is star citizen mmo and which is better graphics for the graphics card. Dlss or Fsr?

Card is designed to use it.

If you should play the game that is essentialy one huge scam is another question.

DLSS has always worked better than FSR on my RTX 4060

The only time it's even possible for FSR to ever look better is if you actually update the FSR files and somehow are able to force FSR4. Otherwise use DLSS set to Quality.

You can use apps such as DLSS Swapper or DLSS Updater in order to get latest DLSS/FSR files and/or update them in your games since the game makers more often then not, provide outdated files for such things.

What do you have for CPU and RAM also?
