dont worry , these commands wont harm the Windows key if it turns out OEM . the first command uninstalls the key locally .the second removes it from registry so you wont be able to extract it locally. if it turns out OEM , Windows will reactivate itself automatically .or in the worst case you ll have to enter the key
For retail it's a non issue just remove all your accounts off the machine after making a new local account for the new user. Once done you can easily remove your account. Then once they have the PC they can choose to go and login with their MS account
