25 years ago i tried Win 2000 preview . it was a nightmare. My PC survived but lesson learnt . Never touched a preview again . I know the things are different now and the issues wll be less but never want this again

Just stick with the default updates for Win11. Don't bother with the Previews as it can be buggy.

If you game, then stay away from Insider Preview updates. Let the geeks be the beta testers. You do not want Insider Preview for a daily driver OS

There's always a chance that Insider Preview versions can cause instability. They are not meant for casual users, but instead for those willing to run a potentially unstable OS and give feedback about what breaks.

I don't use Insider Preview versions on the PC I use for everything (browsing emails YouTube rabbitholes etc) but if WU offers a Preview Update such as yesterday's Preview Update (KB5067036) (26200.7019) in the regular channel I will take it.

Don't do it op. Windows 11 is prone to annoying issues on a regular basis even without preview which is why you can only imagine how much worse it could get with it. If you are willing to take the risk, then go for it.
