Recently I got my shell swapped by a reputable local repair guy. When he went to test it after the swap he got a decky loading error and the system would shut off. I figured it was just a bug or something and id fix it. I booted into safemode and managed to boot up. When it loaded my screen was magnified and my steamdeck started to talk to me, somehow the accessability options enabled themselves. Through some testing i discovered that only the screen touch, right track pad and right joystick work. I did a reimage and during setup nothing but the touchscreen worked, and im met with the same amount of working componants. I went into desktop mode and attempted to calibrate, the buttons that don't work normally register as presses but a bunch just say pressed as if buttons are stuck.

Any ideas of what else I can try before asking him to take a second look? Im a technician in a different trade so I get it, stuff happens, but I want to ensure i try to troubleshoot everything on my end before reaching out.
