Look in the small print for where it says "subject to change without notice." Because they WILL.
Yah ahead of its time
100-150 GB game download in about 30 mins
5-10 GB movie in under 5 mins
WaveG has 1000mbs fiber for $45 so I'd shop around to see what else is available in that area. Currently have 5300mbs fiber with Ziply and its only about $100 though I've been thinking of going 10000mbs as I have the equipment.
Yes there may be better options, but nothing is stopping anyone from changing internets while inside of the trial period.
Fast ish speeds great download and upload.
If anyone was to take anything away from this thread taking my experience into consideration for their hard earned USD just remember the hotline. Learn and experiment inside of settings. All-Fi is standard, no issues.

paying 40 bucks a month with tax for 1gig fiber.....man they need to roll it out to the whole country....
To get a public IPV4 address you will need to call them. It wont be static, but it will remain yours as long as you use it just like any other dynamic IPV4 from any other ISP.
Once you have that done it will unlock the port forwarding and port triggering options in the allfi hub's web-UI. You cannot access these features through the app, you will have to use the web broswer based configuration GUI,
The data is truely unlimited. I averaged 1-2TB/Month of throughput, including running game servers (for games where lattency is less a concern), a plex server, and another data inteensive 24/7 server. All port forwarding and all data use works as intended, no throttling or anything.
If you have any reason for service suspension (in my year the auto billing failed at least once) and they suspend the service, it will deactivate the IPV4. It wont clear all your established rules, but on their side it turns off. You will have to re-call them.
The reason for the port issues and IPV4 thing is that they are using CGNAT and forcing multiple users to share single IPV4 addresses.
Overall I was pleased with the service. I got 20-30 mpbs uploads, 200-300mbps downloads, and a typicall lattency of sub-100ms which is pretty good for a wireless standard. I was able to do a call center style Work from Home job for nearly a year, as well as game, view content, and upload content fast enough for myself and others.
500mbps for 39.99/mo
1Gbps for 49.99/mo
2gbps for 59.99/mo
5gbs for 69.99/mo
10gbps for 79.99/mo
For residential :D
I went with 1gig for less than I was paying ATT. Am tempted to want more, but lets be real, nearly every PC in my house has either wireless or gigabit lan. I have a small handful of two or three that might push faster with things like a 2.5gbps onboard NIC, but none of my networking HW supports higher than 1gig.
And the costs of a 2.5g or 10g network upgrade are just not worth it rn.
But the prices for the speed? Wonderful.
I'd say there are some affordable gear but they literally stopped selling the moment I got some.
Got a 10Gbe switch with 8 ports and 60Gbs switching capacity for $150 on sale down from $200 and now its gone lol. Also running an NVME to 10Gbe adapter in my rig.
Still 10 Gbe should be cheaper than it is now.
