Ram that cost 100 bucks a month ago costs 250 now.
Would have gotten 9800X3D CPU too for this price last month.

Or the prices can go even worse, there is no telling currently.
any specifics you need or want?
displays, k/m or controller?
Pick 1 of the 2 GPU's I recommend the 9070 or the 9070 XT for $50 I cant in good conscience tell you to get the 5070 TI they are way overpriced but if you must go Nvidia get the 5060 TI or the 5070 TI do not get non TI variants. it should run you for about 1200 + Tax.
I picked the case but you can change it I went with it because it was cheap and small.
Edit1: Accidentally erased the RAM.
9700x CPU
870 none E motherboard
32gb kit of 6000mhz memory
GPU is what is the best option in your region between a Nvidia 5070 12gb and AMD 9070 NONE XT
storage 1 2tb M.2 with a cheap 512gb M.2 for the OS....
power supply anything over 800 watts but not over 1000 watts and real world this is over kill but you will have it for 10 years if you get a good one (i have 15 year old power supplies i still use everyday)
any cheap case you are ok looking at just make sure it has a couple of 120mm fans in the front
get something upgradable and cheap
ryzen 5 7600x
Gigabyte b650 eagle AX, i have personal experience with gigabyte boards and they are super reliable, mine is still running after 5 years and all my friends have them
RTX 5070 or 9070XT (depending on whichever one you like more)
32GB non rgb corsair kit (can save you about 100 bucks and is reliable)
2TB samsung drive of any type as they are almost all great
deepcool PN850M PSU, great PSU, i have it and its super nice and cheap for what it is
ANTEC makes super cheap cases with built in fans and fan hubs, cases are the one thing you can fully cheap out on, infact an old shoe box should work as a small form factor build lmao
although why get a whole new build? thats a perfectly capable build that probably just had faulty ram or a faulty power supply, its cheaper to go grab a new GPU, test for about 30 minutes and buy about 100 bucks in new parts
and also you can re use your case in the new build to save about 60-250 dollars
