Btw, what monitor model are u using? HAGS and VRR behavior can depend a lot on the specific display, so knowing the monitor might help figure out why the game feels off.

Also, have u tried clean reinstall the AMD driver?
Your results seem to indicate you should have it off because it clears up all your issues, so the question seems like it would be answered for you, no?

"Things feel faster but I don't know how to explain" is the only detriment you mention with it being off, but there is nothing to work with in that statement. You're describing a feeling, not a behavior. It's unlikely your gameplay itself is actually sped up with the option off. I'm wondering if you're simply observing screen tearing.

at the moment i cant provide a solution .just want to say my RX 9070 worked properly with V-sync . No game crashes . i must admit i havent played many games on it so far . my monitor doesnt support variable refresh rate .i used the card with default driver settings

i faced a minor issue . When i started the game the cap was fine . After i minimized the game and browsed Internet and got back to the game - the game changed the refresh rate . So i manually set the cap in the game munu and it fixed the issue . i mean the monitor supports many modes and after Alt +Tab the game picked the wrong one

In that case, synchronizing your frame rate to your refresh rate is how you eliminate it. Enable v-sync or properly enable VRR. Simply capping your frame rate won't prevent screen tearing.

HAGS will correlate with AMD Fluid Motion Frames (AFMF) in Adrenaline.
