select purchase, then 'i would like a refund'
and follow the steps
its a very bot like answer..
they already said they got the game in march...
They could try a manual refund by selecting I have a question and explaining, but there's no guarantee.

No once the game is 14 days past purchase or played for 2 hours... that's the policy. Has to be under both of those limits.
If you buy a game, be ready to install it and test it right away. So you have time to refund if needed
I have one game with only like 40 mins playing time, but I bought it years ago & was rejected in refund of it
In their reply to me they quoted :” To get a Steam refund, the game must be purchased within 14 days and have less than two hours of playtime “
after 6mo, they wont do refund, but may give you steam credit or something if you really dont want the game, and it has <2 hr playtime
if had steam support restore game keys that i just wanted to verify
steam support is helpful if you want for them to answer and treat them with some kind of respect
and i have had them test game codes for me to verify they work, after redeeming one and asking them to undo it
There is no such thing. That would be your Steam Wallet. What non-sense is this?
Because there really is no true way to prove tbat. Any company or store could blame user faults/errors or the PC itself.
what harm can it do?
if they want the game removed from their library support can easily do that
and maybe give some credit to their steam wallet
i just said that steam support has undone and verified some game codes i had from other sources
steam support can be helpful if you ask nicely
you never know until you ask
