"Steam webhelper not responding" - unable to launch
There is only dialog window caller "Steam webhelper not responding" after launch. It let me choose from Restart Steam, Restart Steam GPU Acc Disabled, Etc. None of this choices work. Tried reinstalling, disabling antivirus, everything. Even launching webhelper directly. Fresh Win 11 Home installation. Doest it needs some specific service running?
Specs: Dell laptop, W11 Home 24h2 26100.6584. i7-9570H + gtx 1650

restart the laptop

or fully exit steam and run it again

steam does not like when windows uses sleep/hibernate and wake

before you shutdown (windows default is to hibernate) fully exit steam

You have Steam set to "Start with Windows" ???

You wipe out all your drivers and go get the latest ones from Intel and NVIDIA? And set the NVIDIA GPU as global default

I've got this too. I'll let you know if I find any solutions, but so far no luck and seemingly no one to report it to. Suspect it might be related to the Windows update but don't know how to fix it

You don't have the PC setup for performance most likely is the problem. Take it off all that power saving crap. Disable core parking and alike.

Tweak the OS and raise the app timeout timers and such
