i’ve looked all over my pc and i don’t understand what that is that is 182 gigs

Use WizTree. It is fast and will show all folders on a selected drive sorted by size, in a tree format.

Download WizTree here: https://diskanalyzer.com/

There are some other similar programs like WinDirStat or SequoiaView, but they're much slower.

run your windows disc cleanup. should help you find what is filling up on your drive
