Headphone suggestions
Hey so I build a new PC last year, got a new chair and desk that whole investement blew my budget so I ended up saving on a headset, I bought a razer blackshark V2 which has terrible audio quality and low volume, for gaming I'm not that picky since I rarely play online games but I listen to music a lot and these ones are just terrible. I was hoping you'd give me some suggestions according to your personal experiences.
What I want out of the new headphones:
-budget Idealy 100€ can spend up to 130€
-MUST- Wired
-Not too bulky and avoid hot material (lots of foam or fabric), I live in a country with hot summers
-Good sound quality
I don't mind if it doesn't have a mic incorporated, RGB stuff I also don't care about that.
Gratefull for any suggestions, when I get off work I'll give them a look over. Thank you!

Check out the fiio ft1 it's just outside of your budget but can be found on sale right now on aliexpress for just inside of it (normally they are around £140).

Best sounding headphones I've heard at the price point and many reviews seem to agree.

GRADO 80's......had a set for over 20 years and the company just keeps making them better.....since your after music more then gaming these are the best option you can get without spending over 300 euros.....

you will never find another set of cans that will last 20 years for this price point and again NOTHING under 300 euros will ever come close on sound......

For music it`s better to get studio headphones instead of gaming ones.
Something like AKG K240 or AKG K240 MKII.

Aren't the grado's on ear and open back?

Bit of a unique combo which I'd expect to limit bass, how are they?

Personally I've never got on with on ear headphones so prefer over ear.

Wow, defensive much?

I asked a relevant question, I also already suggested what I and others would consider a better pair of headphones.

They are a different style, on ear is known for worse bass than over and open back, is again, known to be worse than closed back.

I honestly don't get why asking how they handle bass is an issue or reason to attack me.

Sound is very subjective, but, the headphones I use right now are the fiio ft1's, the shure srh1540's for gaming (but way out of OP's budget) and for music the planar magnetic fiio Ft7's, which are getting into the silly price range.

All 3 of which are very well regarded and reviewed, but hey, insult me because you cannot answer a simple question.

I'll take it from your response thst the grado's don't handle bass very well to be so defensive about it.

So I've been looking over reviews and reading over their strenghts. I'm on the fence between the fiio and the sennheiser. I don't know if you have a pair of fiio ft1s, if you do are they hot around the ears? Also both of the models I mentioned have similar complaints of durability issues, how are yours holding up? I remember years ago buying 300€ pair of some razer model and after 4 months one of the clasps broke and I was nothing but gentle in handling the headphones....

I like my Audio Technica M40x studio headphones. They come with a cable, which is handy. About 140Euro.

I've been using the ft1's daily for over a year now, cables a little warn down (where it exits the headphone and is pushed forward), but I also sleep in them, so, that's thousands of hours of use so far and they do come with a spare, if I'd not slept in them, it wouldn't be an issue at all.

They aren't as robust feeling as my shure or the FT7, but feel as good as any Sony, hifiman or corsairs I've used and they are nice and cool, plus you can get replacement parts which isnt always a given.

They ft1 impressed me enough I bought their ft7 on release too, plus i'm waiting for their new dac amp the k17 to arrive as an upgrade to the schiit modi/magni 2 I use to power them at the moment.

You really do get a lot for your money when you aren't paying a brand tax and because they are a Chinese not western brand.

Yeah I remember seeing tear downs of Dr Dre Beats or whatever they were called and it was some pair over £200 that used £17 speakers from China.

123 eur

possibly will go down around black friday.
I would second this recommendation.
Sennheisers are pretty dang good, especially for the price. There are some other Senn models out there that are even cheaper but still great as well.

I liked them too the only reason I'm pending more to the ft model is because they are closed back.
