Can't enter BIOS after upgrading my CPU
A month ago or so i made post on here debating if i an upgrade to the 14400F would be worth it from my I3-12100. In the end, i decided to just get a 14600KF regardless and i'm very happy with the temps and performance.

My main issue now is the fact that i can no longer enter my motherboard's BIOS due to it just showing me a black screen and turning my main monitor into sleep mode (saying that i lost my HDMI signal even though it works fine when in windows).

I also have another issue with my second older VGA monitor not being detected by Windows by using a VGA to DP converter (that's plugged into one of my DP ports on my 4060). Before i upgraded my CPU yesterday, the monitor worked fine and i tested the converter itself on friend of mine's PC and it works fine and it isn't defective.

Any help would be appreciated.

Resetting the CMOS battery unfortunately didn't do anything.
you mean no display from post?
how many displays are you using? is a hdmi tv plugged in?

unplug all displays except for 1
on newer gpus they will only post bios to one display
if it picks the hdmi tv then make sure its turned on to the correct input to show bios post

Did you update your UEFI/BIOS prior to installing your new CPU?

Also do you still have the previous CPU so you can try to revert to that CPU and see if the problem persists?

The Core i3 12100 has an iGPU. The Core i5 14600KF does not have an iGPU.

What is most likely your issue is that you're UEFI/BIOS configuration is not configured for display output via your dGPU; e.g. you don't have CSM enabled/disabled, etc. where your dGPU is not being initialized until the driver is loaded within Windows.

Yeah i did. And i still have my old CPU. I guess i can try to pop back my old chip to see if i can enter the bios then.

Yeah that will at least help you narrow it down to the UEFI/BIOS configuration isn't configured correctly to use your dGPU.

Do you know if you're using secure boot and if you're system is configured in legacy mode (e.g. BIOS) or UEFI only mode?

Using UEFI only and i do have secure boot due to Battlefield 6. I did manage get into the BIOS without switching back to my old I3 by just changing my video port on my monitor from HDMI to VGA as a temporary fix. Everything is clear except for my second monitor not working for some reason even though this converter and cable does indeed work.
with the f cpu, make sure no displays are plugged into the mobo
