how many displays are you using? is a hdmi tv plugged in?
unplug all displays except for 1
on newer gpus they will only post bios to one display
if it picks the hdmi tv then make sure its turned on to the correct input to show bios post
Also do you still have the previous CPU so you can try to revert to that CPU and see if the problem persists?
The Core i3 12100 has an iGPU. The Core i5 14600KF does not have an iGPU.
What is most likely your issue is that you're UEFI/BIOS configuration is not configured for display output via your dGPU; e.g. you don't have CSM enabled/disabled, etc. where your dGPU is not being initialized until the driver is loaded within Windows.
Do you know if you're using secure boot and if you're system is configured in legacy mode (e.g. BIOS) or UEFI only mode?
