Logitech Caming Software won't install ( 32 bit system ).
I downloaded the " LGS_9.00.42_x86_Logitech " (110,2MB) and when I press "Install" on the pop-up, it doesn't do anything. Just closes the installer altogether. I don't see it in Task Manager and running it on admin didn't work. The same thing happens with SetPoint (Software Version: 6.69.126). File size: 78.6 MB. 32 bit. Any help would be appreciated.

My final task is to transfer the control buttons from the keyboard to the mouse. I was able to install SetPoint 6.69. But it opens only the settings window of the program itself. But there is no mouse settings window.

Nice try. Thank you. But there for 64 bit systems.

Go to the Logitech website, click Support, pick your product and go to the Download section, pick the software and the OS edition and type, i.e. ; Win7 or Win10; 32bit or 64bit

You should be on Win7 SP1 64bit or Win10 1909 64bit. Nothing else if going to use Windows OS that actually has support. Nothing really supports 32bit OS anymore since there isn't any point to be installing that OS any longer.

You just install G Hub. This contains everything needed for every Logitech product to date; Webcams, Mice, Trackballs, Keyboards, Steering Wheels...

The complexity of the situation does not preclude the possibility of solving it.

What webcam and OS are you using?

Windows 7 32 bit Actually, I can’t understand how to use the program, which is already installed . There is no window for setting mouse buttons. Therefore, I have a suspicion that the program is installed with errors.

Install Win7 64bit or Win10 64bit

No one should be on 32bit OS

Your OS product key will work for those also.

This is a new thought for me. Can a license key to the operating system somehow affect other programs?I have been using the pirated Windows system for 15 years. And I have never had problems with other programs. Why so categorically refuse 32 Bit system. Many very good games are optimized just for it.

Well there's your problem.

Just do a clean drive wipe and install Win10 64bit and use it without any key if you don't have one. Win10 doesn't require any key to fully use it.

Make a Win10 64bit USB flash drive by using your own USB flash drive and running the tool from the official MS Win10 website

OK.
I think it's better to use two computers. One on Windows 7 32 bit - for older games. And the second Windows 10 64 bit, for modern games. There are many good old games that will never be optimized for new systems. In addition, you need to store the game itself somewhere. Just the old computer will do just that.Logitech has a program for 32 bit Windows 7. But it does not start with me. Therefore, I am looking
old versions of this program.
The program started (SetPoint 6.69.126 Version 32 bit). But I do not know what to do next. There is no window with mouse settings. There is only a window with the settings of the program itself.

I managed to solve it. I was sent an installation file with a working program Logitech Gaming Software 32 bit. Installed, it works.
I thank everyone who helped.
The program was sent by a player with a nickname: Howl at the Moon.
I do not know how to mark this topic, it is resolved.

1. Games are not optimized for 32Bit.
2. 64Bit Windows can run 32Bit games as good and sometimes even better than 32Bit Windows.
3. Windows 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft. Both 32 and 64Bit.

OK . It is only necessary to take into account that the 64 bit system requires a computer corresponding to it, and not the same as mine.

64Bit aka x86-64 CPUs are available since 2003.
It's extremely likely that your computer is 64Bit unless it's about 20 years old.
