Ok, so I've been using a contoller to play certain games on my pc but its broke now. I started using an unused controller that is basically brand new, but it wont always connect. Its ok in the mornings but when i come back it wont work and i just have to fight with it to do anything. Can anyone help? if it helps i updated the controller so that shouldn't be the problem.

also under devices my old controller appeared as a controller, this new one looks like an iphone next to a tv
