Capcom and From Software most notably have recently been abusing their popularity by announcing about upcoming games (Monster Hunter Wilds, ER:Nightreign) by posting on their other games' news channels (Seen on Monster Hunter World, Dark Souls III). They already have the opportunity like everyone else to do this game-specifically and post the news on the game's news itself.

I for one do not appreciate this as it gives them extra free advertising on the platform to previous customers DIRECTLY on the games Library page. Other smaller publishers/developers cannot do this if they have not previously released a game.

I really just don't want advertising in my face in the news of games that are not actively developed anymore.
