For one game. Absolutely not. They get a game ban/anticheat ban from that game, not to mention the inventory bit.

If we're going to talk about user experience or 'the punishment isn't enough', let's extend the punishment; loads of CS hub bans, Valve gives a permaban for CS. Banned from a CS game, Valve gives permabans for the CS hub. Seems fair.

So if we're going to permaban people from a hub of a game they're VAC'd from for ruining the user experience, my portion of the previous discussion we had would also be a very fair exchange.

If the game devs want to restrict VAC/Game banned users from their game hub, they can.

They tried it before but backed off because it made things worse for other game hubs.
