Make community pages wider!

You did it for the store pages. Now please do the same for the community pages. Left and right we have 30% of nothing and in the middle only 40% space for the actual page. Seems weird. I mean most of us are on a PC with a monitor and not a Smartphone. Also if anyone knows how to unlock the wider store pages, let me know. Mine are still only centred and 40& of the screen.

Quick question. Where are you writing now? And how much space does that frame you write in take up on your screen if you make the client full screen. Just wondering. Because maybe you have your screen set up vertically.

i would vote for like the ♥♥♥♥ u buy with steam points the animation and all that if u could not only use it for the steam profile

You do understand that the cummunity page is basicly a forum right? Ever visited a discussion board on a browser before? I mean this whole thing is probably writting into a framewordk that all translates into html anyway. So to me it literally is a waste of monitor space. Also the fact i can't even zoom and make the text bigger is kinda dumb too.

You can zoom in. It zooms in everything in the client though.

I'd actually not want this. When you go ultra wide screen, sites and forums don't adjust for it, so stretches across left to right to encompass all. At least on Steam it's a set block size.

We are talking about the steam client here not just some random forum on the web. I am sure they would be very capable of cooking something up if they wanted to include different types of monitors.

Exactly. And I enjoy how it doesn't stretch out the block from left to right.

All you are admitting by this is that Google in general is fixated on the largest percent of the user base. Which are smartphone users. I think you are missing the point. Do you play steam games on your phone?
