That sounds very much fixable
Since there is no real incentive to unlock achievements and then post a review I don't think it'll be a problem

Mandatory? No.
I disagree with the OP's premise that they are an indicator of whether the reviewers "know what they are talking about".
Many achievements are mundane ones. I don't see how an achievement for cutting down 1 million trees in an open world survival game would correlate with "knowing their stuff". And if that is considered a yardstick for them, you might as well treat hours played as a yardstick since it's just something that needs a lot of time, not skill or specific knowhow.
Even for "smarter" achievements like finding easter eggs or missable treasure chests, I don't see how they correlate with the aforementioned either. To me, it just means that the player is either lucky enough to have come across it, is a patient (which would be indicated by time played anyway) fellow or more likely, used a guide to find them......which would be meaningless in terms of "knowing their stuff".
Moreover, it's common for folks to cheat in singleplayer games so you wouldn't be able to tell with just a glance at the number of achievements whether they got them legitimately.
