Incorrect minimal price in Steam Market
I hope this topic would be read by Valve. I wrote ticket to Steam Support where I was advised to write post herem where Valve team often read.
After recent update, which totally has changed minimal set price on Community Steam Market, one country (Ukraine) negatively has been affected. I clearly understand reason of this update to make all currency equal to 0.03 USD to put all customers in Steam in same fair position. Now let me explain.

First of all its remove of subunits/pennies/cents for some of currency, including UAH ( Ukrainian Hryvnia ), this currency not so valuable as USD or EUR and removing decimals/subunits to rounding UAH lead to unfair fee calculation. It's clearly visible when price listing set between 1 - 10 UAH, Market fee become 20% and raise up to 67% when price listing going down, customer receives less balance (80-33%%). It become less unfair when listing price higher of equivalent to 0.25 USD +. Decimal part of currency very important, it's not necessary to use hundredth subunits as Ukraine does by rounding decimal parts ( 2.10 , 2.20 , 2.30 .. etc).

Secondly and also important. Minimal listing price for Ukrainian users/customers is set to 3 UAH. If to use Google, any bank services or other financial services for conversion, they all would show that 3 UAH is equal to 0.071 USD, this minimal price in twice (little more than) higher than all other currency, including USD - 0.03 USD. This issue breaks whole idea of update and put all Ukrainian customers into unfair position and ruin whole low-tier items listing.

Now a bit more into how exactly this issue affects on items.
- All skins collections such as: The Train Collection, The Dust Collection, The Nuke 2018 Collection and many others which consist of Consumer and Industrial Grades . Now Consumer Grade have same price for Battle-Scared, Well-Worn, Field-Tested and Minimal Wear as 3 UAH ( 0.07 USD) , outcome from using Consumer Grade in Trade-Ups, Industrial Grade has similar price 3 UAH (0.071 USD). Many people still do Consumer Grade trade-ups for old "limited" collections and now it becomes less fair in price;
- Tournament, capsules in-game, Armory stickers in low tier price much more expensive to buy compared to any other currency;
- Graffiti from Weekly drop much more unreasonably expensive with current minimal listing price.
it is unfair that customers with less attractive, less stable , less valuable currency should pay more but when it is going to list item on Market this user gets much less, 3 UAH listing will only give back 1 UAH to the Steam balance, those 2 UAH is big difference. Currently, on moment of writing this post 0.03 USD would be 1.27 UAH, it's not bad to round hundredth but it is important to bring balance for listing price for Ukrainian users. I know that Russian users even after update got price with subunits/decimals and I hope that Ukrainian users also will receive adequate updated listing/buying price equal to 0.03 USD

I’m bumping this topic in hopes that the small indie company will notice their screw-up and restore fairness, and at the very least - start writing patch notes about such fundamental changes!
Additionally the removal of the decimal point has caused other issues, legitimate bugs as I mentioned (worth linking these topics together) https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/discussions/forum/10/695372973294518131/

AND this change goes against the directions on Hryvnia use in the SteamWorks documentation.
