In order to customize anything on the Steamdeck or within steam there's a whole ecosystem of five minute YouTube videos for every task and it would be completely unnecessary if you just wrote tooltips for your software.

Use your imagination, imagine what it's like to not know how it works, and what you would need to be told. Then put that in a tooltip. Please.
