¢ Steam Market update broke Decimal Point for certain currencies. Suggested Fix:
Decimal point in ₴Hryvnia, aka kopika.

Per Steam Support's suggestion, I'm making a topic here.

The Community Market has been updated to use a new minimum amount for sale price, publisher fee and Steam fee that is consistent worldwide. This change is intended to make access to extremely low-cost items consistent for users in all currencies.

If you wish to share an opinion on this change, please visit the Suggestions/Ideas section of the Steam Discussion forums.

Yeah, that's fair enough.
But in the process You've removed the kopiyka (cent equivalent for UAH, aka Decimal Points Values) access/display for orders in UAH while still using it under the hood in unpredictable ways.

Here's one very simple example:
https://images.steamusercontent.com/ugc/18425574108162372551/1816D2B458272218EB78904BDD87D1EA59B4A283/

Both of those items were listed for the minimum allowed: "3UAH", as you can see the listing date is after the change. The sell order clearly stated that I should have recieved "1UAH" in both cases.
And this strange behaviour doesn't only affect minimum orders, the amonts I get for listings are all over the place and don't reflect what is seen in the Sell Order interface -- all because we're not allowed to see the Decimal Points Values in orders outside of transaction log (when it's already too late).

https://images.steamusercontent.com/ugc/15851568979925185606/0463DD8E625589DDAF86CD46E0A09FC6201ACD2C/
Look at these, all of them used to have decimal point in hryvnia! With the decimal pojnt removed you get nonsense like unfullfileed orders at the same price point (because in reality the decimal is different).

I imagine there may be more currencies broken like this. Valve please just return the Decimal Point to its normal function, it has nothing to do with setting the proper Minimum Price.

Ukrainian Hryvnia, reported in kopiykas. Must be charged in increments of 100 kopiykas (e.g. 1000, not 1050).

Highest fee in the world for Ukraine

Some Valve employee who made this update hates this country. Actually, he hates many countries, judging by the feedback on the latest changes, but he hates Ukraine the most.
+1!
Bring back decimal Point for us!
And why is the minimum selling price 3 UAH? It's not $0.03, it's $0.07.
Valve.
Here's something else I dug up.
Per Valve's API documentation.

There it is, from the horse's own mouth. Wish I found it earlier so I could mention it in my Support request.
Dear readers, If any of You have similar issues in your own currencies feel free to consult that page and cite it in your Support requests or wherever you decide to contact Valve -- that's their official site.

Those are store prices, not Market (peer to peer) sales/purchases.

Well, it looks like they're consolidating it so that the market uses the same rules game developers were already beholden to.

Now do it for the currencies that don't specify this on the page.

Sure, And the change broke the correct reporting of a price in currency API, which should be consistent between the Store and the Market. After all games can access the Market for their own items as well.

Have a looksie: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/market/priceoverview/?appid=730&currency=18&market_hash_name=Fracture%20Case

There's the incorrect "lowest_price 26₴" without decimals, yet the "median_price 26,60₴" has decimals.
Another problem with this update is that with such a high minimum price (7~ cents), it is impossible to compete with other regions, and also cheap items of varying quality(as in the case of the game Counter Strike 2) cost the same for the buyer, which makes purchasing lower quality items for the same 3 hryvnia pointless.
While raising the minimum price is understandable, removing decimals creates big price gaps for most affected countries and currencies (UAH in particular). Since currently $0.01 USD equals to 0.42₴ UAH, it creates situations when the price difference could be from $0.01 up to $0.03 per item after round-up (since $0.02 = 0.84₴ is not enough to reach a whole number, it adds another $0.01).
So, on average, customers from Ukraine are losing $0.02 per item when they are buying or selling on the Steam Community Market. Which, of course, is not a big deal for one person who buys few items now and then, but for someone who trades regularly, it could be tens of dollars per month, which makes it not just unfair, but unusable.
Considering that this change affects most countries and millions of people outside the USD and EURO zone, it's an easy way to make more money from the Community Market, but at the same time, it's just pure discrimination.

I completely agree with this comment and with this post in general.
Because of these “changes” from Steam, I am forced to use other platforms, as buying something on the Steam community market now costs me three times as much.
