Hardware and pc setups are the users problem, not valve, not steam...

Owning a computer is not a prerequisite to buying any computer games on Steam.

Don't Mac compatible games usually list requirements including OS version?

I mean, if the game still cannot run under these conditions, the refund policy is there to cover just for that.

I can't run Silent Hunter 3 or 5. It says i need a Ubi or what not, though i bought the games here and played them before here.

Games like that i agree should not be sold.

You can filter the search by OS support

And you are also told that requirements to run the game may change overtime.
That includes the need for the publishers launcher being added as a requirement.

I had to delete the both of them because they can't be played. I wish they could.
