In Ukraine 1 USD cost 43-44UAH
0.03 USD - 1.32UAH, not 3 UAH
When you go to buy a game, is there ever a decimal point in the price?
Return fractional numbers for Ukraine. It looks like whoever created this very crude rounding didn't understand how numbers works.
This update is complete crap. But what's worse is that some regions are now in a completely unequal position. The creator of this rounding rule should be checked for hatred of certain regions of the world.
We're not the US. You created different Steam regions to combat piracy in those regions. You'll easily lose your audience if you keep releasing crappy updates one after another.
The Steam Community Market is part of the ecosystem and is unique. Without it, you have no advantage over other gaming platforms. So stop experimenting and irritating your customers. Equal rights for different regions of the world. Don't try to impose your American rules where the US doesn't exist.
