Every game(and steam items themself I own has a market fee rate of 15%. Steam cards, tf2 items, cs2 items, kf2 items, dota 2 items, payday 2, and some ancient subnautica ones.

If I try and sell anything where I recieve $10, the buyer needs to pay 11.50.

What game has such a high rate?

Valve would announce a change in the fees. Likely it is a bug and may take Valve a bit of time to see it and fix it.

I’ve also heard people here say they’ve had their suggestions implemented.

It’s just probably rare, much like good suggestions.

Only if you are selling something at $.01(and are rounding 66% fees to 60%), which causes the minimum price to be $.03, but that is true with everything due to minimum fee for valve and publisher(also valve, but they don't give themselves special treatment) is $.01.

All of that has been the case with the steam market since it's inception, it's not new.

The first one is about fees, the second is about minimum listing prices which is a different matter entirely.

If you read those threads, it's basically the same, but pegged to usd now. Rounded to the nearest US cent(or close to), and for low unit value currencies the prices jumped a lot.

Like the KRW (second thread) is complaining about the minimum price is now 30 won, instead of .03 won, which based on a cursory search is merely $.02 USD

The won is a very low unit value currency, with the current exchange rate hovering about 1400-1500 krw per usd, so .03 krw is almost nothing.

Basically it just made the listing prices the same, but rounding makes it weird
