Irrelevant as you may not be the one using the account at the time.

For example: Billy aged 11 uses his father's computer while his father has gone to the local shop and clicks on the age gate to view adult only sexual content. Valve nor any other company can be sued due to the very fact that the age gate states "i am over 18" and was clicked.

Because links are clicked by an individual, not an account.
